Shipping

We can ship to almost any address in the world and our shipping policy is super simple:

• Shipping to an EU address is flat rate per order of €12
• Shipping to any address outside the EU is a flat rate per order of €25 or €35 dependent on address.
• Shipping is FREE worldwide when you spend over €250

Our flat rate shipping policy means that no matter how many items you order at the one time, your shipping cost will remain the same, dependant on shipping address or over a certain spend will be free. All orders placed will be processed and shipped with 3 working days, pending credit authorization and availability. Shipping times do vary, but all orders will arrive within a maximum of 2 weeks. You can track the progress of your order by logging in to your account on our website. If you require any assistance in doing this please contact us.

Returns

All full price products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. However, we will not cover any shipping costs, unless there was a fault with the order in which case will cover the shipping of replacement items. Alternatively we can refund by way of store credit and include the return shipping cost in the credit value.

Sale items can only be exchanged or refunded with store credit.

If you need to return an item and you have created an account on our site, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you haven't got an account, just email us with all the order information and reason for return and we'll help you out.

Your Account

If you set up an account login on our site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion. If you register on our website, you agree that any information you provide to us will be current, accurate and complete. New Kid will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. As well, you could be held liable for losses incurred by New Kid or another party due to someone else using your account and/or password either with or without your knowledge. You agree to notify New Kid immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, or other breach of security.

Orders & Pricing

You may not purchase any item from the New Kid Site for resale. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account.
