Shipping & Returns

We can ship to almost any address in the world and our shipping policy is super simple:

Shipping to an EU address is flat rate per order of €15
Shipping to any address outside the EU is a flat rate per order of €25 to €50 depending on address.

Our flat rate shipping policy means that no matter how many items you order at the one time, your shipping cost will remain the same, depending on shipping address or over a certain spend will be free. All orders placed will be processed and shipped within 3 working days, pending credit authorization and availability. Shipping times do vary, but all orders will arrive within a maximum of 2 weeks. You can track the progress of your order we email once shipped. If you require any assistance in doing this please contact us.

All full price products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. However, we will not cover any shipping costs, unless there was a fault with the order in which case will cover the shipping of replacement items. Alternatively we can refund by way of store credit and include the return shipping cost in the credit value.

Returns

Sale items can only be exchanged or refunded with store credit.

Orders & Pricing

You may not purchase any item from the New Kid Site for resale. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account.

Tax & Duty

If your order is for delivery outside the EU, you will be responsible for all import duties, tax and administration charges that may be applied by your local customs. These charges vary depending on your country and if you are unsure we would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.
